Listen4Good is a national nonprofit that helps organizations gather and analyze community feedback data for strategic decision-making, advancing equity goals, and advocacy and fundraising. Listen4Good's 18-month program develops organizations' equitable measurement systems to center constituent perspectives and needs. Participating nonprofits and agencies receive access to: 1) one-on-one coaching support; 2) group learning; and 3) a core web application that provides functionality to build strong feedback loops. Organizations build their skillset and toolbelt in participatory measurement, shifting power to communities that have been historically left out of decisionmaking. Since 2016, Listen4Good has supported nearly 1000 organizations through their program, including Lever for Change partners.
